Organise Your Client in a Day (All Levels)

This is the equivalent of 101 Professional Organising - 'How to'! This face to face training shows you how to provide great service to your client and create a firm pathway to move your clients forward from the first time you walk into their lives.

This course is aimed at those:

  • wanting to know how to assess & work with clients long term

  • who have any experience (long term or short term business owners)

  • needing to provide assessments & reports for their clients

Whether you have just started your Professional Organising business or have been around for a while, you will gain an in depth knowledge of what and how to deliver the best possible service to your clients.

Groups are kept small so that we can focus on the types of clients your business will service, and what you will need. There are plenty of examples and knowledge to draw on during your training time.

Unlike our Absolute Beginners course, which is designed specifically for those new to small business and the organising industry, this course teaches you how to organise your client. There is no pre-requisite required to complete this course; just a passion for people who need your organising help!  

Each module builds on the one before and we include role play:

  2. Conducting the assessment

  3. Plan of attack

  4. Making the start

  5. Staying on track

  6. Follow up & moving forward

Each course is facilitated by Sarah Cottman. She is an Accredited Expert Professional Organiser with years of experience organising clients as well as teaching and mentoring new and experienced organisers. She will teach you practical & efficient ways to organise you & your clients! She is the CEO of the IOPO International and is the Organising Consultant on Channel 9’s brand new decluttering show Space Invaders. She also worked on Channel 10’s Prime Time, Logie Award winning show The Living Room with Peter Walsh for 9 seasons.

The course includes our 'Professional Organiser Training' Manual and the assurance that, in the unlikely event you need a refresher, you may do so at no charge*!

Upon conclusion, you will be presented with our PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER TRAINING by Heavenly Order Certificate, which can be used when applying for Accreditation.
