On this page, you will find information to make the most out of your Training Days. You will know what to do before Day 1 and what to do on Day 1. Please remember, if you have any questions, you can email or call before we start.
PRIOR TO TRAINING DAY:
Please make sure you have the technical capability of joining Zoom using both audio & video.
Create a list of questions you need to be answered. We will try to get through all of them.
You will receive your Training package shortly; please do not rifle through it, we will go through the contents on the first day. Seriously, don’t open it….
Plan out your food and refreshments so you don’t have to think about it on the day.
Write out and schedule ‘out of office’ emails
ON THE DAY:
Get yourself ready and relaxed; you’re going to have fun!
Wear comfortable clothing; we will be sitting for most of the day.
If you intend to stand up from your desk with your video running, please wear pants ;)
Get your food & refreshments ready. Have lots of water available in a spill-proof container. Computers & water do not mix well.
Close down all applications that use the internet.
Turn your phone on to flight mode so you will not be disturbed. You will have time to check your messages during the breaks.
If you are the sole carer of loved ones and you are the emergency contact, please leave your phone on; we will understand.
Make sure the out-of-office emails are running.
You can log in to Training from 8:50am on Wednesday, 26th June. By getting in early, we can deal with any technical issues or any concerns you may have in plenty of time to start learning from 9:00am. If you decide to log in prior to 8:50, you may see a message from Zoom asking you to wait until the meeting starts. This isn’t a problem at all; we know you’re eager to get started.
Training is informal and conversational; you will feel very comfortable. Please ask questions! This is YOUR time to build YOUR business.
We will have regular breaks at times that are appropriate for the group. Below is an indication of how the day will play out.
